All changes to the exterior of your house and landscaping require prior approval of the Board. The Board takes the advice of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to normally grant quick approval.
The ACC Committee reviews ALL exterior change requests, using our neighborhood Design Standards to guide their decision.
Please send a completed ACC Request Form to our property management company prior to starting your project.
