The calendar below shows the availability of the Clubhouse. If you wish to reserve a date, please follow the process below:
- Submit “Stoney Brook HOA Clubhouse Rental Agreement” Google Form.
- Invite “poolandclubhouse@gmail.com” to a meeting (from your calendar) with the date-times requested.
- Clubhouse Chair will monitor the Gmail poolandclubhouse mailbox & review the Google Form submitted. Renter must meet minimum criteria:
- Stoney Brook HOA Member in good standing
- Submitted the Google form and accepted the terms in the Clubhouse Rental Agreement
- Clubhouse Chair will accept the meeting invite (if there are no conflicts or concerns).
“Accepted” meetings show up on the public Stoney Brook HOA calendar (below) for all Members to see.
