I. Hours of Operation
Daily 6:00 a.m. -10:00 p.m. All Swimmers
II. Admissions and Guest Policy
The pool is exclusively for the use of SBP homeowners and their invited guests subject to the policies stated below:
Registration: All homeowners or teen/adult children residing in the home must sign in upon arrival. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
Guests: Guests must be accompanied by the homeowner.
Number of Guests Permitted: (a) Each adult homeowner is allowed four (4) guests. (b) Teens and children are allowed one (1) guest.
Delinquent Association Homeowners: Stoney Brook Plantation homeowners not in good standing (i.e., delinquent dues) will not be permitted to use the pool, tennis courts, clubhouse or other common area facilities.
III. Health and Safety Regulations
- No Lifeguard on Duty
- Golf cart parking in parking lot only – No parking by pool gate
- Proper swimming attire is required
- No glass or breakable containers in pool area
- Swim diapers on children who are not potty trained
- Diving is not allowed
- No rough play and absolutely no profanity allowed
- No pets allowed in the pool area
- Eating is allowed at the pool tables and chairs only
- No grills in the pool area
- Absolutely no smoking or chewing gum allowed in the pool area
- Individuals are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. There is a trash can provided and a broom and dust pan near the bathrooms
- The pool cannot be reserved for a pool party
IV. PIN code required for entry to pool area
The lock on the pool gate now requires a PIN code for entry. If you have not received your family’s PIN code, please reach out to security[@]stoneybrookptc.com with the following information:
- Family Last Name(s)
- Stoney Brook street address
- Email address for family point of contact (POC)
- cell phone for family POC
All Homeowners are encouraged to support and assist in enforcing these rules. If you are asked by pool attendants to leave the pool area or change your behavior for any of the above regulations, please do so promptly and politely.
Please discuss the rules with your family and guests before using the pool.
